Who that was directed to, we may never know, could have been for Drake. Who also debuted a floating stage on his Summer Sixteen tour.
Could have been for Rihanna, who ALSO had a floating stage in the form of a run way on her Anti World Tour.
But does Kanye really have any right to be calling other artists out? South African rapper Cassper Nyovest does not think so.
A year before Kanye’s tour, Cassper had a floating stage that he claims Kanye got from him. He has no beef with it though, the 25 year old rapper tweeted:
Woke up to my name on American blogs about how I possibly stole kanye's stage. We did this a year ago already. lol. Ya Neh. pic.twitter.com/OEJcgrkVNo

Cassper’s stage also happens to feature a neon lit sign behind him that is also all too familiar. It reads, “If you’re reading this, I made it.” Which is the same title featured on Drake’s album, “If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late.”
With ticket prices sky rocketing after his NYC show, Yeezy has indeed put on a great show for all his fans. It is sort of hard to be original these days anyway, everyone is borrowing ideas from everyone else. Why not share the creativity in a more positive way, Ye?
